I love my apartment and the location. the only issue I have is the energy efficiency it is lacking. way to hot in the summer and way to cold in the winter causing the use of the furnace which costs alot because of no insulation in this building.

love living here is very quiet. electric bill is a bit outrageous maintenance does not respond well. I reported that my blinds in the living room have issues over 2 months ago. still not working. plumbing needs p trap under the sink.
